Processing time

Shop pieces are packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. During drop weeks this can run a little longer, and I'll flag it on the shop page if so. A confirmation email will be sent once item has been shipped.

UK Shipping

  • Vessels <25cm (H x W x L): Standard tracked (3–4 days) — £5.50

  • Vessels >25cm (H x W x L): Standard tracked (3–4 days) — £10.50

  • Small items ship in reinforced, double-wall padded boxes

  • Larger vases ship in custom-cut foam/cardboard within a rigid outer box

May I return or exchange an item?

As handmade ceramics, all sales are final and returns aren't accepted — this includes shop, drop, and commission pieces.

If your item arrives damaged, email roxannec.eramics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the damaged piece and the box it arrived in — this is needed to file a claim with the courier and keeps the business protected from repeat damage. Once received, I'll ship an equivalent replacement piece (subject to availability) within 3–5 working days.

Caring for your pieces

Food-safe and dishwasher safe, though hand-washing keeps glazes looking their best. Avoid sudden temperature changes (porcelain doesn't love thermal shock).
